Welcome to our FAQ page! We’ve gathered the most common questions to help you shop with confidence. 

Yes! Every item is made to order especially for you. This helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is crafted with care. Printed items, all-over print garments, and knitwear are each produced differently, which affects fulfilment time.

Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges.
Please check the sizing chart on every product page before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and we will sort it for you.

Every product page includes an accurate sizing guide. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own for the best match. If you are between sizes, sizing up often gives a more relaxed fit.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged,

  • Or you receive the wrong product

If eligible, please email us with photos within 30 days.

Returns must be sent to the address printed on your packing slip, as fulfillment locations differ.
Please contact us before returning anything.

All items are made to order especially for you, so production times vary by item type:

Estimated delivery times

Standard tees & beanies: ~4–7 days
Standard hoodies: ~5–9 days
All-over prints (non-polo & silk): ~7–10 days
Specialty knitwear: ~14–21 days
Polo shirts, silk items & dog leads: ~25–30 days
Home items: ~4–7 days

International deliveries
For orders shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, South America, and Africa, please allow an additional ~5–10 days on top of the estimates above.

Please note: Estimated delivery times at the checkout are based on the longest item to fulfil in your order. Faster-turnaround items are shipped as soon as they’re ready and may arrive separately.

We use fulfilment centres across the world (EU, UK, USA, Australia, Mexico, and Asia).

Your order will ship from the nearest location with the required stock and equipment.

Not always. Some items are packaged separately to keep them safe and in good shape during shipping. Others might be sent from different fulfillment centers, so they’ll arrive in separate packages.

  • Mugs, tumblers
  • Pillows
  • Blankets

  • Different Product Categories: Products that are in different categories and have different packaging requirements (like knitwear and t-shirts, which may require different handling or come from different production facilities) are often shipped in separate packages.

As of May 2025, the United States removed the de minimis exemption for certain imports from China. This means some products shipped from Chinese fulfilment centres may incur import duties upon arrival in the US.

Products that may be affected include:

  • All-Over Print Crossbody Bags

  • Pet Accessories

  • Classic Fit Knitted Sweaters

  • Knitted Cardigans

These fees are not included in your purchase total and will be the responsibility of the recipient at delivery.

We will always aim to fulfil from the closest available location, but for certain items, overseas fulfilment may be required.

Yes — we love creating unique pieces!

If you’d like:

  • A different colour,

  • A modified version of an existing design, or

  • A fully custom design,

Custom work is available, and pricing is based on complexity. We’ll discuss options and confirm everything before production begins.
